Dear Tony:
I am an attorney and when I needed representation in my child custody matter I went to the best available here in Hattiesburg. Tony Sakalarios has the zeal and enthusiasm that was needed to properly represent me before the Chancery Court in Forrest County. At the conclusion of the custody trial I was awarded the permanent care custody and control of my 7 year old daughter. There is no doubt that the skills that Tony possess in the trial, negotiations and in the appeals court led to my having custody of my daughter. To Whom It May Concern:
I was in a car accident about three years ago. The lady that hit me did not have insurance. Obviously I had to file on my own policy under the “uninsured motorist” section. At first the insurance company was pretty nice and took care of the first of my medical bills. However, the injury which I incurred was a very serious neck injury. In fact, such a serious injury that it will follow me the rest of my life. As time went on the insurance company began not paying my bills and not returning my phone calls. About two or three months prior to the three year deadline I started trying to work with them. I tried to get them to pay my medical bills; I tried to get them to give me some type of settlement for all of the pain and suffering that I had been through and would continue to go through. They made me such an insulting offer that I finally decided to do what I should have done to begin with. I called Marvin Morris, attorney. I took this problem to him on a Wednesday with my three year deadline being only two days away. Marvin went to work and by that deadline had an agreement that gave me exactly what I wanted. Marvin got me the policy limits. Marvin didn’t waste any time. He just went to work for me and got it all settled and within a week I had my check. I highly recommend Marvin Morris. He is fair and honest and will work hard for you. Marvin gets the job done.
