F. Marvin Morris III is a founding partner of Morris, Sakalarios & Blackwell and has practiced law since 1978.  He has devoted his entire legal career to helping injured or wronged individuals receive fair treatment.  During his career, he has successfully handled many types of cases from those that cause personal injuries and death such as car and truck accidents, dangerous and defective products, industrial carelessness, asbestos exposure, and workers compensation, to those that cause personal or property damage such as consumer finance abuses, health insurance abuses, and insurance claim denials.

In his practice, Mr. Morris is committed to treating every client with honesty and respect.  He keeps clients informed on the progress and details of their case as it proceeds toward resolution, taking the time with every client to answer questions and address concerns.  Mr. Morris is an honest advocate for clients' rights and will never offer an unrealistic assessment of the situation.

Mr. Morris obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Southern Mississippi and graduated Cum Laude from Mississippi College School of Law in 1978.   He is admitted to practice law in every court in Mississippi, including the Mississippi Supreme Court.  He is also admitted to the U.S. District Court, Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, the United States Supreme Court, and the Court of Military Appeals.  He is an active member of several professional associations such as the Mississippi Bar Association, Mississippi Trial Lawyers Association (MTLA), and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America (ATLA).
